I resized the 1680x1050 video to fit 1980x1080 resolution. Obviously this isn't going to keep the same quality, but YouTube will give it more pixels to work with, which does cause it to look better than a 720p video. If YouTube supported much higher bitrates, a 720p would look fine. Problem is WoW has so many tiny moving parts all the time that it needs absurd bitrates to look good.
